This is a very exciting program that gives you, the buyer, access to 2% of the Realtor associate’s three percent commission to be used in any way you choose…towards closing costs or in cash at closing on any new home, anywhere in Texas! This rebate does not interfere in any way with any incentive the builder is offering. This rebate is given in addition to builder incentives! Rebates are also available for Pre-existing homes, town houses, condo and patio homes.
